We’re looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Repair Technician, ideally someone retired, who still enjoys the work and wants to stay active by taking on air conditioner repairs. This is a flexible, on-demand position—perfect for someone who wants to work when it suits them.
Job Type: Part-Time / Flexible Hours
Essential Duties
Respond to repairing air conditioners that are sent to us for repair
Diagnose and repair air conditioning systems efficiently and safely
Testing repaired units to ensure they meet operational standards and safety regulations.
Identify and record problems relating to the product, process and/or quality system
Qualifications & Requirements
Prior experience as an HVAC technician (certification preferred but not required if retired)
Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Has own tools and the ability to safely remove and install Freon
Comfortable with flexible, on-call scheduling
