This part-time, in-office position is perfect for someone with phone experience who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly. You'll handle incoming calls, schedule jobs, and provide key support to our dispatch team.

Location: Traverse City
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Pay: $15–$18/hr depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and schedule appointments in our system
- Enter new leads accurately into our CRM
- Follow up with customers via call, text, and email
- Assist with dispatch coordination and job tracking
- Help keep crews on track and organized
- Light admin support tasks (job sheets, mail, etc.)You're a great fit if you:
