Position Summary:
Responsible for providing spiritual and emotional support to patients, their families and staff on an on-call basis.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
1.
Responds appropriately to spiritual requests/referrals from patient, family members and staff.
2.
Participates in an interdisciplinary approach to pastoral care and patient health.
3.
Provides spiritual support through listening, prayer and guidance in collaboration with staff and other primary caregivers.
Required:
Preferred:
Master's Degree in Theology or related subject
Clinical Pastoral Education, minimum of 1 unit
Ordination and/or ecclesiastical endorsement
