Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in International Business, Business Analytics or related field of study and 5 years of progressive experience in international franchise operations.
Applicants must have demonstrated experience with the following:
- food service franchise operations standards, policies, and procedures.
- business management of multi-store franchises.
- communications with both senior leaders and field-based operators.
- working with cross-functional teams and influencing franchisees on international policies and business development strategies.
- analyzing and evaluating business needs to make data-based recommendations to improve operations.
- consulting on business concepts including product quality, food safety, image, and customer service.
- analyzing retail or restaurant store design to make recommendations for efficiency and productivity improvements.
- consulting and evaluating organizational structure and operational systems.
