We are currently seeking motivated candidates for a Full Time Management Trainee that will support and learn skills at our various Michigan branches.
Position Purpose:
Responsible for gaining knowledge in the direction and administration of branch operations and development of skills to lead/coach employees to achieve sales and branch/department goals. Studies how to train, direct, and assist in supervising branch staff. Performs various branch functions as required.
Job Duties (include but not limited to):
Receives training in functions and operations of branches.
Assists with Member Service and Teller functions. Performs duties related to all credit
union products and services.
Observes experienced workers and managers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties.
Fills in and performs duties in Branch positions as needed.
May be required to travel to multiple branch locations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
Experience in a financial institution preferred
Sales Experience
Skills/Abilities:
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and supervisory skills
Well organized
Attention to detail
Ability to operate related computer applications and basic business equipment
Good marketing skills
Ability to maintain an effective and efficient work flow
