Job Description

Local property management company is seeking a property maintance technician whose core responsibilities include both interior and exterior property maintenane tasks of commercial properties.

Daily duties:

upkeep and maintenance of commercial HVAC units of around properties along
Interior and exterior building maintenance including drywall, painting, floor repairs, etc.
Plumbing and Electrical tasks
Landscaping

Location: Berkley, MI

Shift: Day Shift - Monday - Friday

Pay: $20-25/hr.

An Ideal Candidate will possess the following:

1+ year commercial property maintenance experience
Proficient in HVAC Maintenance and repair
Plumbing and electrical experience
Must possess a valid Driver's license
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work well with other colleagues.
Ability to perform routine or non-complex maintenance tasks without assistance or supervision.
