Supplier Development Tooling Lead Engineer

What will your responsibilities be?
Conduct on-site PLA at supplier plants
Analyze and verify all production phases (Plastic injection, Parts checking and control processes, Process logistics, Other operations)
Identify cost-saving opportunities from a tooling/technical perspective
Perform on-site controls of the production process (maintenance and storage)
Assess real conditions of tools, produced parts, and tool shots
Support throughout the product life cycle
Continuous Improvement / Supplier development
Collaborate with suppliers to identify improvement ideas and solutions
Focus on cost reduction activities
Create and manage a database containing 3D data for all tools and production devices
Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?
High School Diploma or Mechanical Engineering Degree
5 years of experience in plastic injection (production, tools, parts, or design).
Ability to handle multi-task assignments
Excellent communication skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Fluent in English and plastic injection terminology
Wilingness to travel
