As our Digital Marketer in Lansing, MI making $17.00 per hour starting pay with pay increases over time. You will work in person, at the location to oversee all aspects of our digital marketing presence to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversion.
Every day, you will lead campaigns, manage content, and utilize the latest AI-driven tools. On a typical day, you will…
- Manage and grow our presence across all major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Use AI tools to streamline content creation, trend tracking, and analytics reporting
- Lead a marketing team of three (3) people and provide guidance on campaign execution
- Write high-converting emails, marketing proposals, landing page copy, and social media captions
- Assist with drafting and editing grant applications and funding proposals
- Track KPIs and adjust strategies for continual improvement
- Stay updated on emerging digital tools, platforms, and strategies
To thrive in this job, you’re creative and have experience writing marketing copy, email sequences, grant writing, and/or content strategy. You’re familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, or Jasper. You’ve managed multiple projects and met deadlines successfully. As a leader, you inspire and guide others.
