Job Summary
This role will provide guidance, instruction, direction and leadership to a group of individuals (the team) for the purpose of achieving a key result or group of The SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) AMS Coordinator Team Lead oversees the instruction, direction, guidance and leadership of the SAP CoE group/team AMS partners for the purpose of achieving a key result or group of aligned results.
The AMS Delivery Team Lead is a key role within the group with the responsibility of measuring and group achievement of the key performance indicators (KPIs) for the SAP CoE. The Team Lead monitors the quantitative and qualitative achievements of the AMS team and reports results to the IT Leadership team.
The team leader serves as a mentor to the AMS partner team members, assists with on-boarding new AMS team members, ensuring continuous process improvements and acts as a subject matter expert (SME) to the AMS team. Team Leader Responsibilities

The team leader monitors the quantitative and qualitative achievements of the AMS team and reports results to the IT Leadership team
Managing the relationships with all tkMNA AMS Partners for the tkMNA SAP Template
Serves as a mentor to AMS partner team members within the SAP CoE
Mentor to members within the team, acts as a SME representing the team
Serves as an escalation point for team members
Ensures team and individuals within the team are meeting their respective KPIs
Recommends continuous process improvements for the team
Assist with on-boarding and training of new AMS team members on tkMNA SAP business and system processes
Develop and maintain relationships locally and globally
Requirement to take continuous leadership training
SAP ECC Run and Build AMS Support Key Accountabilities
Develop cross functional knowledge to enable successful run and build activities supporting tkMNA's SAP Template
Local and global processes, cross functional knowledge with core competencies in support, configuration, and development for the tkMNA SAP modules
Recommend improvements, provide solutions, and understand the complexities of the tk business
Provides direction, continuous training, and process improvements for the SAP AMS Team
Ensure workload balance for the SAP AMS Team
Ability to manage/direct a team consisting of a mix tkMNA employees, external partners, offshore and near shore resources
Ability to maintain the required support level across the tkMNA organization
Coordinate the team members in their daily duties and facilitate exemplary customer service culture in team members
Serve as the Major Incident Manager for SAP Template critical outages/issues
Providing input on process gaps, user requirements, efficiencies, value-add and contributing to the overall goals to projects
Ensuring the SAP AMS Team are assigned as required to projects and meeting their project goals/deadlines
Ensuring project quality gates, documentation standards and project phases are being conducted consistently and efficiently by the SAP AMS Team
