- Manage the staff, facilities, and activities of the office
- Thorough understanding of the bank’s products and services
- Deliver professional and courteous communication with current customers, potential customers, employees, referral sources, and management, including timely responses to inquiries, on-going updates, follow-up, etc.
- Develop and maintain a referral network of community members, realtors, builders, accountants, associations, individuals etc.
- Maintain branch quality standards as set forth by management
- Assist branch staff as needed regarding day-to-day activities, conflict resolution, authorizations, etc.
- Generate mortgage and consumer loans in the lending area and assist in servicing commercial loan relationships
- Run appropriate and timely qualifying analyses for consumer and mortgage loans
- Exhibit a working knowledge of applicable bank policies and procedures including but not limited to, internal and external compliance requirements, state and federal regulations and guidelines, etc.
- Provide a high level of customer service while balancing the requirements of the policies and procedures of the bank and the products/programs being utilized to service the customer
- Participate in necessary meetings including but not limited to weekly staff meetings, periodic department, or team meetings, etc.
- Establish, maintain, and coordinate participation in community service activities
