Description
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Automation CRM Consultant to join our client's team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This is a fully remote long-term contract role, offering 8-10 hours per week supporting the team as needed in CRM Consulting. You will leverage your expertise in specifically the Go High Level CRM system and marketing automation tools to help clients optimize their workflows and processes. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by improving account setups and guiding best practices in automation, guiding the team, and teaching best practices within Go High Level.

Responsibilities:
Configure and set up client accounts within Go High Level, ensuring all systems are verified and optimized for functionality.
Develop and enhance automation workflows to streamline marketing processes and improve efficiency.
Provide expert guidance on marketing automation strategies and best practices to internal teams.
Collaborate with team members to address client needs and ensure successful onboarding.
Monitor and maintain established systems, performing regular updates and troubleshooting as needed.
Offer consulting support to the internal team, helping them build expertise in marketing automation tools.
Analyze CRM data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Conduct AB testing to optimize campaign performance and drive better results.
Manage vendor relationships to ensure seamless integration and support.
Document processes and workflows to facilitate knowledge transfer and team training.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in marketing automation and CRM system consulting - specifically Go High Level.
Proficiency in Go High Level only, other CRM software systems will not be considered.
Strong knowledge of automation workflows and process optimization.
Experience with AB testing and campaign analytics.
Ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams.
Capable of working independently and managing part-time responsibilities effectively.
