VirtuColor Supply is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our retail paint location. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, excels in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering high-quality service to both residential and commercial customers. This role reports to the store owner.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations

• Open and close the store according to company policies and schedules
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked environment
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed
• Handle cash sales, reconcile cash drawer balance at the end of the day

Customer Service & Sales

• Greet and assist walk-in customers with paint selection, tinting, and color matching
• Mix paint accurately for in-person and online orders using VirtuColors’ proprietary systems
• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing quotes, product info, and order status updates

Order Fulfillment

• Process online and in-store orders efficiently and accurately
• Label and prepare paint orders for customer pick-up or delivery
• Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy

Inventory Management

• Monitor stock levels and initiate restocking when necessary
• Receive, check in, and store inventory deliveries
• Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records
