Construction Laborer - Specialized Demo Work $18/hr
About the Role
We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Laborer to join a small, skilled team focused on installing track systems for large wall panels and commercial trash chutes. This is a hands-on role with steady hours, year-round indoor work, and opportunities to contribute to high-profile projects across Nebraska and surrounding states.
Key Responsibilities
Install track systems for large wall panels (Modern Fold systems)
Construct commercial trash chutes (similar to ductwork)
Work at heights up to 30 ft using lifts and safety harnesses
Travel 1-3 times per month for 2-5 day projects (all expenses paid)
Read tape measures, schematics, and blueprints
Bolt track systems using hand tools
Operate scissor lifts and company vehicles as needed
Lift up to 100 lbs safely and efficiently
What You Bring
Proficiency with hand and power tools
Carpentry skills and mechanical aptitude
Experience with scissor lifts and forklifts
Ability to read tape measures and lift heavy materials
Duct installation or millwright experience is a plus
Willingness to travel and work on secure properties (schools, airports, AFBs)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
