The Program Manager - Healthcare is responsible for supporting the Healthcare & Disability Leadership by managing multiple initiatives, analyzing health care data and proposals, participating in the collective bargaining process and assisting with vendor management. The specific duties include management and oversight of FCA's fully-insured medical, dental and vision programs and the Employer Group Waiver Plan (EGWP) pharmacy plan.
The successful candidate will also:
Work with external counsel and benefit actuaries to analyze employee benefit offerings and ensure compliance with the Affordable Care Act, HIPAA and other applicable laws
Negotiate annual rate renewals with vendors and oversee/direct the development of annual Cash Pay and COBRA premium rates
Help prepare bid specifications, analyze proposals and renewal information for assigned programs
Interpret health care supplier and consultant contracts to ensure fulfillment of services and compliance with all service level metrics
Perform internal and external benchmarking and stay abreast of regulatory/legislative changes to ensure the company's health care benefits remain competitive and support the attracting and retainment of top talent
Develop business cases and make recommendations for program improvements/changes that are supported by data research, consultant studies and financial modeling
Analyze health care data, benchmark competitors and uncover best practices as input to the department's strategic planning and evaluation
Participate in collective bargaining and negotiations as it relates to health care. Read and interpret the collective bargaining agreement, analyze proposals and demands, modify or draft new language and present to senior leadership
Work with a medical claims data warehouse vendor and direct the efforts of dedicated resources, who generate reports, perform deep dive analytics and provide health insights that lead to improving program efficiency or reduce waste
Periodic travel to Stellantis facilities, including near-site Wellness Centers
Perform other duties as assigned.
This role will partner with internal and external stakeholders of the health care, wellness, pharmacy and disability teams as part of a high performing organization and culture. Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of progressively increasing responsibility and experience working in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Purchasing, Finance, Accounting, Audit or a related field.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:
