We are looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our high-performance boat manufacturing team. The position is in our Prep Department where you would function as a team in an outstanding work culture. Advancement opportunities will be available for a driven, goal-oriented employee. Experience not required.
Starting Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
POSITION SUMMARY:
- Demold, trim, polish, and cut holes in modular parts, boat hulls and decks.
- Locate and lock up each jig based on the provided instructions.
- Help land hard tops
SCHEDULE:
- Monday to Thursday 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM
- Friday 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be familiar and comfortable with using drills, saws, and grinders.
- Strong time management
- Must be able to follow directions and use patterns.
- Team player
- Maintain high levels of efficiency and quality
- Must be detail oriented and organized
- Experience with hands on power tools
- Ability to follow process and quality control standards
- Strong retention level with the information given
- Reliable
- Good mechanical aptitude
SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to physically perform lifting, bending, reaching, climbing of stairs
- Must be able to understand and follow all safety related documents and rules
