Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a dynamic sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and provide outstanding support. Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Assist the sales team by providing support with administrative tasks, including preparing quotations and processing orders.
Manage billing and payment-related activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and maintain organized records.
Provide post-sales support, including handling complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve overall service delivery.
Actively contribute to improving customer service practices and developing solutions to enhance customer experiences.
Monitor incoming payments and follow up on outstanding accounts as needed.
Maintain a friendly and detail-oriented demeanor in all communications with clients and colleagues. Requirements - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport easily.
Self-motivated and eager to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and grow professionally within the organization.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and familiarity with billing processes.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks while ensuring high-quality customer service.
