We are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team, specializing in commercial projects with a strong preference for healthcare. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Revit and will be responsible for creating construction documents, designing, and collaborating with the team on various projects.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and needs.
Conduct design workshops to translate concepts into practical solutions.
Utilize AutoCAD and Revit for design and drafting purposes.
Ensure regulatory compliance and sustainability in design projects.
Design sector-specific projects including healthcare, senior living, educational, and commercial spaces.
Engage in master planning and tenant improvements.
Maintain communication with clients and incorporate their feedback into designs.
Work closely with interior designers, engineers, and other team members.
Participate in a hybrid work environment.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
Strong architectural design skills.
Experience in creating construction documents.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design.

Work Environment
The work environment is flexible, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. The office spans three separate floors, each dedicated to different disciplines, fostering an open concept for collaboration. The role involves working on high-profile healthcare projects across the country.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $40.87/hr.
