Position Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, and Seasonal Opportunities Available
We are currently seeking compassionate and responsible Child Care Teachers to join our team! Our center is committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for every child in our care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide appropriate care and constant supervision of children at all times.
- Follow all center policies and State of Michigan Child Care Licensing regulations.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and positive learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and fellow staff.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, professional behavior, and an open, growth-oriented mindset.
- Act in a manner that promotes the welfare and well-being of all children.
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a State of Michigan fingerprint background check (no criminal convictions).
- Must provide proof of a negative TB test.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- High school students (ages 16–17), including Bay-Arenac ISD students, are welcome to apply for summer or after-school positions.
- Apprenticeship opportunities available for those interested in a career in early childhood education.
