Outbound Affiliate Solutions Consultant, Anywhere Franchise Brands, Solutions HUB
The Outbound Affiliate Solutions Consultant, Anywhere Franchise Brands, is responsible for managing outbound calling campaigns. Each Outbound Affiliate Solutions Consultant will have a core focus on at least one brand, however, will support outbound campaigns on behalf of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, Century 21, Coldwell Banker, Coldwell Banker Commercial and ERA franchise systems.
Calling campaign topics may include brand-specific campaigns, program rollouts, company outreach on business requirements like compliance, and more. The Outbound Affiliate Support Consultant will carry out these calling campaigns as directed by the Lead Outbound Affiliate Solutions Consultant.
An Outbound Affiliate Solutions Consultant's performance will be evaluated based on their consulting NPS score and the number of completed consultations.
This position is 100% remote.
Responsibilities:
Attend meetings related to their designated brand, as well as brand events. They will also engage with brand leadership and staff, particularly the Operations team.
Knowledgeable about the brand's main goals and objectives, with a thorough understanding of its operations, market approach, and culture.
Support brand communications needs across brands in coordination with the Lead Outbound Affiliate Solutions Consultant and Brand Operations.
A general understanding of the various products, programs, and systems provided by Anywhere Franchise Brands outside their direct expertise, enabling consultations on those topics as necessary.
Outbound Affiliate Solutions Consultants are required to document all interactions using Zendesk. Additionally, they will periodically provide campaign reporting and feedback to Brand teams, product teams, and Anywhere executives, as well as other relevant groups.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3+ years' experience in support/customer service, preferably in real estate/franchising
Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills with a professional demeanor
Strong technical skills, demonstrated problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn
Patience, customer empathy, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills
