- U.S. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering or related engineering field, plus seven (7) years of progressive, post- baccalaureate experience as an Electrical Engineer, Nuclear Engineer, or in a related position.
- Must have four years of experience with each of the following nuclear power plant specific regulations and standards:
- Quality Assurance Criteria for Nuclear Power Plants and Fuel Reprocessing Plants
- Environmental qualification of electric equipment important to safety for nuclear power plants.

- IEEE 352- IEEE Guide for General Principles of Reliability Analysis of Nuclear Power Generating Station Systems and Other Nuclear Facilities
- IEEE 1012-IEEE Standard for System, Software, and Hardware Verification and Validation

- Position will involve telecommuting, with collaborative work activities required on-site as business needs dictate.
