Group/DivisionThe Semiconductor Process Control (Semi PC) business unit designs, builds, sells and supports a comprehensive product portfolio that ensures high-quality production of the chips that power the technologies of today and the future, including AI, data centers, automotive and electronic devices. Semi PC's differentiated inspection, metrology and data analytic systems discover, characterize and monitor the defects and variations that can affect manufacturing processes across the semiconductor ecosystem, including high-performance logic chips, advanced memory chips, specialty semiconductors, wafers, reticles, advanced packaging, process equipment and materials. Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
Drive sales of hardware and software products within the PCB and ECI sectors - PCB and Panel manufacturing and chemical process control for wet wafer etch and clean
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product implementation.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to close deals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
Minimum of 5 - 8 years of direct work experience in semiconductor sales, with a focus on hardware and software products.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of the PCB and Panel manufacturing and chemical process control for wet wafer etch and clean
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in managing large, complex, and high-visibility accounts.
Knowledge of additional products within the North America Business Unit (NABU) organization.
Foreign language skills would be an advantage.
Excellent presentation and communication skills

Base Pay Range: $111,900.00 - $190,200.00 Annually
