The Agile Transformation Lead will provide design and oversight to portfolio level value-driven governance for Agile product deliveries. This individual will lead efforts to improve Agile practices across the portfolio, enhance visibility into the team performance metrics and support the continuous evolution of the enterprise Agile framework. By partnering with BTO and business partners this role will drive the collection, analysis, and help provide reporting of key portfolio-level information enabling data informed decision, proactive risk management and transparent value delivery. * Coach Agile teams and leaders to foster a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and best practice adoption. * Conduct quarterly Agile health assessments for Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and teams to measure maturity and highlight improvement areas. * Partner with BTO and business leaders to identify and prioritize key focus areas for Agile performance improvement. * Drive the organization's Agile maturity by supporting structured development efforts and reinforcing core Agile values and behaviors. * Design and maintain portfolio-level dashboards using Power BI and other tools to provide actionable insights into Agile performance, delivery trends, and team health. * Prepare, analyze, and communicate Agile metrics (e.g., time to market, velocity, quality, employee satisfaction) to support informed decision-making and improvement planning. * Assess product and team delivery health using objective, standardized measures; share findings with stakeholders to foster data-driven dialogue. * Monitor portfolio-level risks and dependencies, highlighting interrelated delivery concerns and surfacing opportunities for risk mitigation. * Deliver consistent, accurate Agile KPI reporting to stakeholders at all levels, enabling visibility into progress, value, and improvement areas. * Administer and maintain Agile tools, such as Jira and other add on tools, to support execution, tracking, and reporting of Agile work across teams. * Sustain and grow Agile Communities of Practice (CoPs), including: Facilitating CoPs for Scrum Masters, Product Managers, and Product Owners and other areas to evolve agile enablement need. * Developing and maintaining Agile onboarding and training materials. * Encouraging cross-team learning and the sharing of Agile techniques and insights. * Lead efforts to embed Agile thinking at all organizational levels, driving consistency, collaboration, and continuous evolution of Agile practices. EDUCATION * Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. * Agile and/or Portfolio Certification or progress towards certification is highly preferred and encouraged. * Continuous learning through certifications, classes, public speaking engagements, etc., as defined by the Company's learning philosophy, is required. * Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred. EXPERIENCE * Minimum ten years relevant IT experience in managing multiple information systems projects. * 5 years of experience in an agile / scrum environment with a demonstrated appreciation for large enterprise standards and experience working in a mature Agile environment with familiarity in SAFe concepts and metrics as well as experience leading large teams and portfolios of work. * Knowledge of Insurance and Financial industry preferred. QUALIFICATIONS * Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse leaders. * Proven experience managing effective governance in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and/or other agile methodology framework. * Experience overseeing enterprise and large budget initiatives. * Ability to communicate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Strong ability to design and implement dashboards; ability to analyze data and present it in a way that tells a story. * Comfortable with ambiguity and can handle the unexpected with flexibility. * Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written * Ability to work with a collaborative approach and build trust with others. * Comfortable working in a matrixed organization * Well versed with Scaled Agile Framework's Portfolio Management methodology * Proficient knowledge of Agile/DevOps/Program Mgmt. Lifecycle methodologies and standards * Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills * Experience working in a geographically distributed and culturally diverse workgroup. * Knowledge and experience using PPM tools, Jira, Confluence, MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio. WORKING CONDITIONS: Work is performed in an office setting with no unusual hazards. PAY RANGE Actual compensation decision relies on the consideration of internal equity, candidate's skills and professional experience, geographic location, market, and other potential factors. It is not standard practice for an offer to be at or near the top of the range, and therefore a reasonable estimate for this role is between $92,300 and $154,400. #AF-AD1
