Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX Nelson Dental Lab in Rochester Hills, MI, for a Dental Lab Technician III.
The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
Read prescriptions and specifications received from dentist.
Perform primary and secondary steps of implant fabrication.
Load impressions with implant parts.
Check model work for proper analog placement.
Order implant parts for cases, as needed.
Adjust abutments with a hand piece and anodize abutments, as required.
Case plan for implant cases with doctors and internal team members.
Design CAD/CAM abutments and bars on in-house systems, Nobel, Straumann, and 3Shape.
Maintain implant parts inventory.
All other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities Required:
Excellent hand-eye coordination.
Strong ability to read, listen, comprehend, retain, and execute on written and verbal instructions.
High level of organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize work.
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
Hazardous Materials or Equipment Used:
Hand-piece / instruments.
Additional related materials or equipment, as required.
Personal protective equipment, as required.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to life up to 50 pounds.
Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and/or reach.
Fine motor skills and ability to perform repetitive motions.
Vision capabilities, including depth perception, attention to detail, and color.

Experience
Required
- 5 years: DLT III: This technician has a minimum of 5 years of experience and is skilled in one or more of the skills associated with a Dental Laboratory Technician.
