Problem Solved is a fast-growing company that is looking for a maintenance specialist who has the skills to do general maintenance on condos and rental properties. If you have experience in this area we would love to talk with you. A willingness to learn and take direction is a must. Reliability is a very important trait in this position as well.
You may also be required to do occasional lawn care or snow removal.
This is a full time position covering the Greater Lansing area.
Responsibilities:
- Travel from property to property solving maintenance issues
- Snow removal (occasional)
- Lawn care (occasional)
- Solve tenant problems with confidence and skill of
Qualifications:
- Carpentry Skills (Preferred)
- Ability to diagnose basic HVAC, plumbing and electrical issues
- Ability to track supplies used and job hours per job
- Ability to work professionally and cleanly in occupied homes
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with residents
- Must be able to pass background check
- Must have clean driving record
