Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician with expertise in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the safety, functionality, and overall comfort of our clients’ residential properties and condominium associations.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance systems
- Diagnose issues accurately, determine root causes, and implement effective, long-lasting solutions
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment and systems
- Respond promptly and professionally to service requests and emergency maintenance situations
- Collaborate with team members on larger-scale projects and initiatives
- Maintain detailed and accurate service records and communicate findings to supervisors
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role
- Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance practices
- Proficiency in the safe use of hand and power tools
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Physical capability to perform manual labor and lift heavy materials as needed
- Basic computer and phone proficiency for documentation and communication
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation (required)
- Availability for on-call evening and weekend emergency service
- Must supply personal tools
