POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Strategic Partner Growth Consultant will be responsible for building and expanding relationships with Oracle's strategic partners, driving mutual growth, and accelerating cloud adoption. This role requires a deep understanding of the partner ecosystem, strong business acumen, and the ability to align partner capabilities with Oracle's strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative and results driven professional with a passion for fostering long term alliances and driving business outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
§ Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
§ Experience: 5+ years of experience in partner management, alliances, or channel sales within the technology industry, with a focus on cloud solutions.
§ Skills:
Proven track record of driving partner led growth and revenue acceleration.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
Exceptional relationship building and negotiation skills.
Deep understanding of cloud technologies (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) and the partner ecosystem.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
§ Partner Strategy : Develop and execute growth strategies for strategic partners, aligning their capabilities with Oracle's cloud solutions and market opportunities.
§ Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with partner executives and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment on joint goals and initiatives.
§ Revenue Growth: Drive partner led revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, co-selling, and comarketing initiatives.
§ Joint Goto Market: Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint goto market plans, including campaigns, events, and solution development.
§ Enablement & Support: Provide partners with the tools, training, and resources needed to effectively sell and implement Oracle's cloud solutions.
§ Performance Tracking: Monitor partner performance, track KPIs, and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and partner leadership.
§ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Oracle's Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support teams to ensure seamless partner integration and success.
§ Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive dynamics, and partner ecosystem developments to inform strategy and decision making.
§ Innovation & Co-Innovation: Identify opportunities for co-innovation with partners to develop new solutions and expand market reach.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $123,000 to $207,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 70/30 - 80/20.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
