Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in marketing and/or recruitment.
- Demonstrated excellence in working collaboratively with other teams, departments, or partners in the implementation of recruitment initiatives.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, and public speaking experience with crowds of varying sizes.
- Experience in recruiting, training, and supervising junior staff, and demonstrated knowledge of budget management.
- Exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with others.
Desired
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (business, communications, marketing, higher education, or human resource development).
- Experience in project management, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.
- Ability to perform data analysis and curate resulting information for stakeholders.
- Competency in utilizing the Adobe creative suite, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign. In-depth knowledge of, or experience with, residential housing in an academic setting.
