Job Title: Assemblers
Location: Hart, MI
Pay Range: $14.57-$15.23
What's the Job?
Assemble parts according to specifications using hand and power tools
Inspect final products to meet quality standards
Work in other areas or departments as assigned to meet company goals
Work safely and wear the required PPE for the entire shift
Verify materials and set up the assembly process to ensure efficiency and accuracy
What's Needed?
High School Diploma
Accuracy, reliability, and commitment to quality and safety
Average math skills and simple oral communication skills
Ability to consistently stand for the entire shift and work scheduled hours in compliance with company policies
Demonstrates teamwork and the ability to work well with others
