This position has a pay rate of $60,000 to $80,000

Provides supervision and support in the design, maintenance, and support of Service Desk and End-User-Computing platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities
Delivering high quality end user support for Samaritas
Serving as a talent manager to recruit, retain, and develop a team of IT professionals
Supporting and constantly evolving the Samaritas Microsoft 365 platform strategy and deliver the enterprise collaboration solutions
Managing the day-to-day activities of the service management function, including budgets, staffing, administration, planning, and project status
By leading technology evaluations for end-user and collaboration solutions
Implementing and supporting information security processes and solutions in consultation with our policies and infosec team
Developing and promoting common standards and methodologies in service management and end-user support
Understanding, recognizing, and supporting Samaritas commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in managing your global workforce
Execute a Modern Desktop Management strategy that meets the business needs of a modern and rapidly growing organization to deliver consistent, secure, and scalable end-user services
Develop and maintain End User Computing policies (including desktop group policies), standards, and procedures for hardware and software
Develop positive relationships with the business and other functions involved in downstream technical processes
Collaborate with members of the information security, network, and systems teams to ensure images and support model meet user requirements and align with the overall IT technology portfolio, processes, and procedure
Job Qualifications
Education, Training, and Licensure/Certification
Associates degree or additional equivalent work experience
Prefer ITIL Fundamentals
Experience
At least 3-5 years (or relative) in IT support
Experience with Microsoft technologies including InTune, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Defender preferred
