Our team focuses on North American-based clients using our back-office cloud applications. Our resources are primarily located in North America and India. We are looking for a leader who can help bring their advanced communication skills, energy, and creativity to help us continuously innovate how we deliver world-class client experiences on cloud applications projects.
As a member of the Consulting organization, you are responsible for ensuring that a quality, integrated software solution is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our client's satisfaction. The role of the Consulting Engagement & Experience Director is to work closely with the client to understand and manage their expectations, as well as working closely with Oracle team members to ensure delivery.
Responsibilities
Focusing on delivery & execution of world-client client experiences, you will:
Provide engagement delivery services both as an individual and as a team member
Contribute to project teams and team culture, demonstrating your leadership by providing guidance and coaching, ability to pivot and use your negotiation skills to drive success
Foster an environment of collaboration, community and trust that encourages and engages the team
Identify needs, develop, influence and implement proposals for improvement and innovation opportunities
Drive strategic messaging across the Consulting organization to reinforce quality delivery
To be successful in this role, you:
Have a track record of creating high-impact, unforgettable experiences through masterful facilitation, application of design thinking concepts and attention to detail

Have a BS or BA in related fields
Possess 10-12 years overall experience applicable role, with three years' experience in multi-dimensional problem solving/issue resolution
Have project management experience including operational planning
Are able to travel to customer sites, minimum 20%

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
