CTI is seeking a Sr. Contracts Advisor experienced in Federal DoD, DOE and commercial environmental design and construction contracts and subcontracts. Over the past 45 years, CTI has delivered over 30,000 projects to more than 1,000 customers within the DoD, DOE, Industrial, Commercial, and Local Government market sectors. Our contracts expand to engineering, construction, environmental remediation, D&D, operations, and remedial construction services. Our current +150 staff presence spreads to 18 states and we work with multiple DOE locations and +23 USACE districts.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of government and commercial contracts, including negotiation, compliance, and risk assessment.
Draft, review, and finalize contractual documents, ensuring compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to lead proposal preparation and contract negotiations.
Oversee contract execution, ensuring timely completion of all contract deliverables and obligations.
Identify and mitigate contractual risks, including the review of terms and conditions.
Administer subcontracts, including documentation, amendments, and financial reporting.
Manage contract-related disputes and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Education, Experience and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, Law, or a related field (required).
12+ years of experience in contract management (required), preferably with government (DOE/DoD) and commercial contracts.
Experience with Teaming Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements and other legal instruments a must. Additionally, the candidate will have a strong background in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
Candidate must have in-depth knowledge of all contract types (e.g., T&M, FFP, and Cost Plus).
Previous experience managing subcontracts and complex government procurement processes (required).
Certifications such as CPCM (Certified Professional Contracts Manager) (preferred).
Must receive a satisfactory pre-hire drug screen and background check.
Must possess a valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
Must be able to meet the physical requirements.
