Collaborate with internal/OEM Designers to define and package battery wiring harness routings in passenger vehicle engine compartment, RESS, and retention/covering components. Required travel ~50 days per year to OEM Technical Center (Warren, MI) and 10 days per year to vehicle assembly plants in U.S./Canada to review engineering changes, quality issues, cable industrialization, and launch timing; and up to 24 days per year to AK Juarez Mexico plant (MEX) for first piece signoff and assembly board reviews, for total annual travel up to 84 days per year (equal to ~23% annual travel).
