Do you have a flair for decorating or designing?
Kelley’s Window Coverings Showroom
is looking for a talented Full-time Sales / Admin Person.
Kelley’s has been at this location for over 40 years as a thriving small business with referral and repeat customers.
Candidate must be able to multi-task in a sometimes very busy environment.
As a Salesperson you would:
- Work directly with clients (commercial and residential) in designing custom window treatment plans, including blinds, shades, draperies, cornice boards, valances. All while having fun working with people in a professional, yet warm and friendly manner, ensuring their return.
- Keep the Showroom neat and presentable for visitors
- Take in product shipments
- Hang drapery and check in hardware
- Must have strong people skills
- Must have a strong willingness to learn and take the initiative when needed
- Adept at handling various Social Media sites: FB, Instagram, Houzz, Yelp
- Drapery experience is a plus but will train
- Knowledge of Hunter Douglas product is a plus but will train
Administratively you would:
- Answer phones
- Do Estimates and Quotes
- Write up and place Orders
- Set appointments for Measures and Installs
- Maintain information in Hunter Douglas Programs
- Handle Account Receivables
- Must have typing skills and be familiar with Word
- Knowledge of Excel a plus
