We are looking for a dedicated Marketing Project Coordinator to join our client's team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaign planning and execution.
Manage vendor communication, contracts, invoices, vendor details, and maintain partnerships with various organizations
Assist in maintaining and updating CRM systems to ensure accurate marketing data.
Enhance brand awareness by contributing to creative strategies and initiatives.
Support budget processes by tracking expenses and ensuring alignment with campaign goals.
Conduct research to identify market trends and opportunities for growth.
Provide administrative support for marketing activities as needed.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing or related role.
Familiarity with CRM tools and social media analytics platforms like Facebook Insights.
Strong understanding of campaign planning and execution.
Ability to manage vendor relationships, plan projects, organize details, and have incredible follow up
Knowledge of budget processes and expense tracking in marketing.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
