Job Description
As a Project Architect, you will lead design development and documentation, ensuring design integrity while maintaining technical accuracy.
Responsibilities
Work closely with Project Managers to manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
Coordinate with consultants and in-house engineering teams.
Develop and oversee construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD.
Ensure quality and compliance with codes and standards.
Support and mentor junior architects and interns in technical development and project workflow.
Participate in client meetings to communicate design intent and progress effectively.
Provide support during the Construction Administration phase with submittal reviews, RFIs, site visits, and punch lists.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.21 - $43.27/hr.
