Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with product selection, identifying, contacting, and establishing a network of resellers as well as coating applicators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and contact potential customers within key industries for these unique patented technologies.
- Present and promote InfernoWare products features and benefits to potential users and resellers.
- Negotiate and finalize a coatings applicators network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships while providing technical support and product assistance.
Skills Needed:
- Cold Calling: Ability to initiate contact with potential customers and generate leads through proactive outreach.
- Self-Motivation: Driven to achieve goals and maintain a high level of productivity without constant supervision.
- Continuous Learning: Commitment to staying abreast with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.
- Technical Competency: Understanding of chemicals and coatings, including technical specifications and applications.
- Computer Proficiency: Microsoft Office tools, CAD and CRM familiarity and the ability to quickly learn other relevant software.
Knowledge Required:
- Sales & Marketing: 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in chemical: adhesives, coatings or composite products.
- Industry Experience: Preferably, in commercial, industrial, military, automotive, power/motor sports, aerospace and other similar industries.
- Customer Experience Focus: Prioritize the needs and satisfaction of customers, ensuring a positive and seamless interaction with the company.
Proven Success:
- Prospect Sourcing: Identify and source potential clients through various channels.
- Effective Presentations: Create and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of the products and services.
- Full Cycle Technical B2B Sales Success: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Start-up / Brand Introduction: Experience in identify consumer interest, brand/product value and value proposition communication.
- Minimal Travel: Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
