Successfully Launch Remanufactured Powertrain using "Powertrain Launch Checklist"
o Manage Selling down of OE material based on model years released
o Seamless Transition (no back orders) from OE new to remanufactured
o Correct Cataloging for 100% of remanufactured product launches

These remanufacturing launches are in your control. You understand the mission and can drive the team for results using our proven Powertrain project launch checklist.
You will work with an internal and external cross-functional team that provides ideas and concepts that ensure ultimate success. First two sentences of the job description below.
People and Organization:
o Answer/support inquiries from PTDs/FADs, Dealers & Ford personnel
o Lead cross-functional product teams to ensure successful on-time new product launches
o Lead "Bridge to Reman" buy forecasting to support global balance-out process (review with Category Managers, Reman Core Specialist & Residual Model Manager)
o Create Product Launch Announcement (Assemblies & Components) and verify with Cataloging that applications are properly loaded
Reman Launch Planning Mgt:
o Manage SAP Hold Codes Overrides on unlaunched (Z1/Z5) Assemblies
o Process core shipments (as required) to support Powertrain launches & complete IA forms as required (destructive validation) - Manual Pick Requests
o Complete SAP Monthly Forecast Adjustments and ensure forecast accuracy for Month End Changes of unlaunched assemblies
o Managing all unlaunched core and reviewing excess for scrap
Remanufacturing Strategic Initiatives:
o Develop & maintain Powertrain Cycle Plans (engine & transmission) to ensure successful program launches per Cycle Plan & Planning Tool Updates
o Ensure part shipping restrictions (K codes) are established as required
You'll have...
2+ years' experience as a Planner or equivalent preferred
2+ years' experience in automotive/technical/powertrain basic vehicle operation preferred
Required: Demonstrated computer capability, especially with Microsoft Office Tools (MS Excel, OneNote, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint). Strong project management skills with the capability of organizing & managing numerous projects.
