Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk - 1st Shift
Job Description
The shipping clerk plays a vital role in managing the movement of goods in and out of the business. This position involves receiving and inspecting incoming shipments for accuracy and quality, as well as preparing outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and maintaining records.
Responsibilities
Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and maintaining records.
Unload inbound shipments and locate materials into proper storage and warehouse areas.
Prepare necessary paperwork and attach it to shipments as required to document and expedite order fulfillment.
Move raw materials and finished parts to and from production cells and into staging areas or warehouses for storage.
Utilize Plex systems for inventory control and data entry.
Essential Skills
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in shipping and receiving.
Experience counting parts with attention to detail.
At least 8 months of tenure in a similar role.
Experience working in a manufacturing facility.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience shipping to major automotive companies is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
