Position: Global Sales Vice President
Job Description:
The Global Sales Vice President is responsible for leading the company's international sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and establishing a strong global presence. This executive role involves overseeing regional sales teams, building key client relationships, and ensuring alignment with corporate goals to maximize profitability and market share.
Core Responsibilities & Duties:
Develop and implement a comprehensive global sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
Lead and mentor regional sales teams, ensuring performance excellence across international markets.
Establish and maintain high-value relationships with global clients, distributors, and strategic partners.
Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion initiatives.
Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales decisions.
Oversee contract negotiations and major deal closures with international partners.
Ensure compliance with global trade laws, regulations, and company policies.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience in global sales leadership, with a proven track record of revenue growth.
Strong expertise in logistics, supply chain, or transportation industries.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
Ability to travel internationally as needed.
