Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative user research to gain insights into user
requirements and behaviors. Develop detailed user personas based on research findings,
outlining key user goals, behaviors, and pain points. Create high-fidelity wireframes and
interactive prototypes using tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD, to visualize and
communicate interface functionality and user flow. Design visually appealing UI
designs and assets that align with brand guidelines and enhance user experience.
Collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration of design
elements and functionality. Plan and execute usability testing sessions, gathering
feedback and insights to iterate and improve UI designs. Stay current with industry
trends and tools in UX/UI design, and integrate new techniques to enhance design
processes. Participate actively in daily standups and design reviews, contributing
insights and ideas to foster a collaborative team environment focused on achieving
design excellence.
Location: 1520 Woodward Ave., Ste 600, Detroit, Michigan 48226. Domestic travel
within the U.S. required less than 5% of time for client visits and team building
events. Remote position, work can be performed anywhere in the U.S.
