Description Job Summary The Creative Element Support Technician will be responsible for supporting both the Executive Asset and Production team. This role involves direct interaction with corporate executives, providing white-glove, on-site audiovisual and IT support, as well as delivering technical assistance, coordination and execution of various live and remote production projects to meet our client's communication needs. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in AV, be customer service oriented, demonstrate sound judgement, pays attention to details, be organized, work effectively both independently or collaboratively, exhibit patience, ensure thorough follow-up and be available to work flexible hours. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Provides technical and audiovisual support to the executive leadership. * Provide assistance with presentations and audiovisual equipment for executive leadership events. * Set up and tear down audiovisual equipment to support event needs. * Conduct regular and routine maintenance on the audiovisual equipment in meeting spaces. * Create inventory lists of equipment, service records and documentation. * Coordinate with other teams in the organization to ensure software and equipment are compatible and up to date to corporate IT initiatives or upgrades. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with audiovisual equipment, workstations, mobile devices, printers and other technology. * Offer technical assistance for live productions as directed by the on-site Producer/Director. * Provide assistance to the Director, Producer, Technical Director and other production personnel before, during and after live productions and webcasts with equipment preparation, operation, strike and cleanup. * Operation of audio-visual and production equipment at various locations. * Acting subject matter experts on studio best practices and components such as signal flow and teleprompting. * Work alongside the engineering group to implement and test changes to the studio environment. * Act and dress professionally and be comfortable working with the highest levels of an executive team. * Other production-related duties as assigned. Qualifications: * Ability to work with all levels of employees within the organization * Strong competency in Audiovisual technologies * Ability to keep sensitive information confidential. * Experience in live video production and/or broadcast. * The ability to remain calm under pressure. * Must possess a general understanding of video capture and editing workflows and demonstrate strong technical troubleshooting abilities. Preferred Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent. * 2-4 Years AV - Studio Video Production field production experience. * 4 Year degree in Broadcast Production, Multi-Media, is a plus. * Experience in Audiovisual control systems (Teams) * Experience with Microsoft Office O365 * 3-5 years of audiovisual and presentation experience * This position requires a candidate with the ability to make decisions to support the changing needs of executive leadership. They need to adapt and execute a quick recovery from direction change and technology failures.
