About the company: A 100% employee-owned, custom thermoplastic injection molding company located in Potterville, Michigan, founded in 1988. They specialize in manufacturing products and assemblies for various industries, including seating, industrial, building & construction, and more
Responsibilities:
· Operate plastic injection molding machines
· Ensure consistent product quality through careful monitoring and inspection
· Set up and adjust machines to meet production specs
· Perform basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
· Keep accurate records of production and machine performance
· Work safely and efficiently as part of a team

Shift/Payrate:
1st Shift: $16.20/hr | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
2nd Shift: $16.95/hr | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
3rd Shift: $17.20/hr | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Requirements:
· Experience in injection molding or similar manufacturing is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
· Good mechanical skills and an eye for detail
· Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
· Dependable, safety-conscious, and a team player
· Able to follow instructions and quality standards
· High School Diploma or GED required
· Must pass pre-employment screenings
