Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a dynamic sales team and directly engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction. Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
Collaborate with the sales team to support post-sales activities and maintain strong client relationships.
Manage billing processes and handle incoming payments with accuracy.
Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
Prepare quotations and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Assist with order processing and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to team efficiency.
Communicate professionally and effectively with both internal teams and external customers.
Stay informed about company products and services to provide knowledgeable support. Requirements - At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
A proactive attitude and willingness to contribute to team success.
Basic knowledge of billing and payment handling.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
