HORIBA is seeking a Chemistry grad with Lab experience to join our team in Canton, MI. The right candidate will be able to perform the following essential job functions and has the listed qualifications: Essential Job Functions: * Responsible for understanding and performing all aspects of Liquid or Powder reagent formulations * Operate and maintain all formulation equipment including scales, mixers, and grinders * Assist in maintaining correct inventories, including the appropriate disposal of product waste * Prepare required documentation accurately, including understanding and following written protocols * Willingness to cross-train and learn new roles Desired Qualifications: * Bachelor's in Chemistry, equivalent field, or previous job experience in a manufacturing position * Laboratory experience, including maintaining equipment * Ability to follow and understand written protocols * Good reading and math skills * Organized, good communication and computer skills * Flexible and able to multi-task; demonstrates resourcefulness and ability to set priorities within a fast-paced, evolving environment.
