Daily tasks will be assigned by our Maintenance Supervisor. Daily tasks may include the operation of vehicles or powered equipment such as mowers, tractors, chain saws, electric clippers, sod cutters, or pruning saws. General maintenance and use of lawn maintenance equipments; shovels, rakes, hedge or brush trimmers etc. Job tasks will include but are not limited to the following:
- Mow and maintain grounds and campsites
- Water lawns, trees, or plants, using portable sprinkler systems, hoses, or watering cans
- Gather and remove litter, empty trash receptacles , keep grounds free of debris
- Observe building maintenance needs requiring attention and report those to the Maintenance Supervisor
- Light construction and labor skills required
