Come join us.\n\nSUMMARY: The Implementation Specialist is responsible for delivering on our commitments to customers so that we reach our goals of 5M MAUs and 100,000 annual job placements. This role provides support from pre-agreement through the entirety of the contract and works cross-functionally to support and leverage resources from across the organization to meet client needs.\n\nAs part of the Operations Team, this role collaborates with the Employer Partnership and User Acquisition teams to oversee the onboarding of new clients, the delivery of outlined services, and the development of quality standards and practices that ensure exceptional service, timely execution, and accurate product access.\n\nThe Implementation Specialist will work with up to 50 virtual secondary schools to successfully implement Tallo for students aged 13+. This includes strategizing and executing a comprehensive rollout plan encompassing training, resources, data analysis, goal tracking, and full project management ownership. Relationship-building will be key to ensuring long-term success, sustainability, and growth potential. The specialist will develop an implementation plan, create supporting deliverables, and continuously monitor progress to ensure successful partnerships and stakeholder satisfaction.\n\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties.\n\n * Lead the implementation of Tallo across up to 50 virtual secondary schools, ensuring seamless adoption for students aged 13+ through strategic planning, training, and resource development.\n * Coordinate with employer partners and educational institutions to develop and implement strategic plans that align with partnership goals.\n * Manage all launch and implementation tasks, including technical setup, onboarding, and training, to ensure a smooth and successful partnership.\n * Strategize and conduct training sessions for new and existing customers, providing resources and best practices to maximize engagement.\n * Establish, track, and analyze partnership goals, including usage data, student engagement, renewal potential, and overall program success.\n * Own full project management responsibilities, monitoring progress, mitigating risks, and adjusting strategies to optimize outcomes.\n * Assess and proactively address program risks, anticipate challenges, and provide escalation management as needed.\n * Identify and develop supporting resources that align with partnership goals and ensure successful adoption.\n * Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including educators, administrators, and employer partners, to drive long-term sustainability and growth.\n * Prepare and execute action plans at key milestones, leveraging data analysis to guide decision-making and program improvements.\n * Actively participate in client events when needed to support engagement and adoption.\n * Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring responsiveness and alignment with internal and external expectations.\n * Ensure all processes and procedures meet service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards, continuously improving implementation best practices.\n\nSupervisory Responsibilities: None at this time.\n\nMINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: \n\n * Five (5) years of related experience in B2C implementation\n * High School education experience\n * Project management experience\n * Experience translating customer needs into business requirements\nCertificates and Licenses: None required.\n\nOTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: \n\n * Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, JIRA, Zoom, etc.); Web proficiency\n * Experience with project management software (Monday, Smartsheets, Miro, Lucid, etc.)\n * Efficient and detail-oriented but still able to work productively in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment\n * Ability to consistently maintain and exhibit a forward-thinking, inclusive attitude and level of contribution\n * Ability to communicate clearly, effectively and positively in writing, verbally, and via multiple electronic platforms\n * Ability to clear required background check\n\nDESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: \n\n * Project Management Certification\n * Career Readiness Education (CRE) experience\n\nCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Stride, Inc. considers a person's education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee's salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position's level and expected contribution, and the employee's benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.\n\nWe anticipate the salary range to be $91,302.00 to $146,083.20. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual's compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions.
