Plan, create, and coordinate logistics concepts for plants and production lines; inbound and plant-side raw and productive materials transportation modes and delivery; container and tray management; and inbound and outbound productive materials flow, to support high volume Brose plants manufacture of Brose mechatronic automotive door and seat systems and drives at 4 Brose NA plants. Plan high volume production of mechatronic systems in compliance with bulk/batch inventory (part numbers and quantity) and logistics (transportation, plant material flow) requirements, and internal plants and OEM supply chain (supplier) demand. Required travel in U.S./Mexico, to supplier plants to review supplier packaging designs, material handling systems, and plant transportation modes, to maintain part packaging quality, and to Brose plants to coordinate Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and support ramp up of new production lines, up to 10 days per year (equal to ~3% annual travel). Bachelor, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Management Engineering, or related.
