Responsible for overseeing and providing general accounting and reporting for the North America Region; manage, monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements including month and year end process reports; maintain BPCS general ledger accounting period set up, open/close, and monitor JE posting status; resolve error status with IT Department as needed; approve journal entries; review account reconciliations; reconcile BPCS and Hyperion, and resolve out of balance issues; compile STATS, and reconcile STATS with Hyperion/BPCS; review intercompany and solve intercompany mismatch issues; review EO Japan office bookkeeping, as well as load journal entries to BPCS and HFM; assist EO Japan lease accounting journal entries and reconciliation; communicate with Shared Finance Service regarding lease accounting issues; complete Tax Department IC balance sheet reconciliations; review accounts payable and sign off AP payments; oversee Coupa purchase approval; support ad hoc financial analysis assignments; acquire necessary forecast/budget data to complete forecast/budget processes; maintain STATS and three HFM entities forecast/budget models for EO01N, AH, and EO52N EN; load three HFM entities forecast/budget data to HFM; consolidate EONA HFM financial data, and reconcile STATS and HFM financials; manage Hyperion reporting; maintain weekly 3PP template; support quarter/year end audit and SOX documentation including signing off Appendix C; maintain quarterly inventory of spreadsheet and perform significant tests; complete quarterly E&Y balance sheet analysis; assist with SOX compliance activities; compile LNV and comment variances for yearend audit; utilize and apply knowledge of Hyperion, HFM, Excel, Financial Statement preparation, Income Statement analysis, Forecasting, Consolidation, Auditing, SOX compliance requirements, Fixed Asset Systems (FAS), GAAP and ERP software systems including large data bases to perform assigned duties; and prepare FOA internal audits.
