Description Robert Half is working with a dynamic client who is seeking a Marketing Automation Consultant to enhance their marketing operations, streamline processes, and maximize engagement through CRM platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, such as Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Pardot, and will help the client implement, optimize, and manage data-driven strategies to drive business growth. Responsibilities As a Marketing Automation Consultant, your primary tasks will include: Designing and implementing marketing automation workflows tailored to business goals, using platforms like Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Pardot (Source: RH Acronym Guide.docx). Managing CRM integrations and ensuring the seamless flow of data across platforms. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to optimize processes and improve campaign effectiveness. Configuring lead scoring models, email campaigns, and nurture strategies to generate experience in leads and drive revenue. Monitoring campaign performance and providing actionable insights through data analytics and reporting. Troubleshooting automation and CRM challenges, delivering innovative solutions to improve system efficiency. Training teams on marketing automation platforms to ensure adoption and successful utilization. Requirements Requirements For this position, we are seeking candidates with: Experience: 3+ years in marketing automation and CRM platform management, with expertise in at least one tool: Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Pardot. Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, technology, or a related field (preferred). Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of marketing automation workflows, integration, segmentation, and reporting. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign data and develop actionable insights to improve processes and outcomes. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder presentations. Certifications: Certification in marketing automation platforms (such as Marketo Certified Expert or Salesforce Marketing certifications) is a plus.
