Hospice Hospice Liaison

We're seeking a Hospice Liaison to join our hospice team. In this outside sales role, you'll connect patients and families with the care they need, when they need it most. You'll build lasting relationships with referral sources and represent a company known for excellence and compassion
Your Role:
Your primary responsibility is to drive admissions and increase patient census in your designated territory. This is a high-impact, field-based sales role where you'll promote Elara Caring's clinical excellence and compassionate in-home care to healthcare providers, patients, and their families.
You'll be the critical connection between referring partners and the care patients need-bringing Elara's trusted services into more homes, every day.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (preferred)
Prior experience in post-acute or DME sales (preferred)
Proven sales track record with measurable results
Self-motivated with strong independent and team-working abilities
Understanding of healthcare decision-making processes and referral dynamics
Confidence and professionalism in engaging with healthcare stakeholders at all levels
Strong problem-solving and consultative selling skills
A competitive drive to exceed goals
Adaptability, enthusiasm, and collaboration
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
