We’re looking for a hands-on Java Technical Lead (ETL) to join our high-performing Agile teams. This is a leadership-through-execution role—ideal for senior engineers who lead by example and elevate those around them.
Job Description:

Serve as the technical point of contact for your Agile team.

Lead solution design efforts in collaboration with architects.

Guide implementation of scalable, secure backend services using Java.

Roll up your sleeves and contribute code to critical builds and integrations.

Provide day-to-day mentorship to developers and ensure technical standards are met.

Resolve low-level issues without unnecessary escalation.

Help the team adapt and integrate with tools like FAST (policy administration) and PilotFish (ETL platform).
Required Skills:

7+ years of professional experience in backend development (Java preferred, .NET considered if adaptable).

Strong integration and API development skills.

Experience with systems integration in complex enterprise environments.

Proven leadership in Agile development teams (formal or informal).

Ability to learn and apply niche platforms quickly (e.g., PilotFish, FAST).

Working knowledge of Python and SQL.

Strong communicator who can collaborate across product, architecture, and QA.
